Relationship and marriage counselling… can bring clarity, direction and relief

Sometimes it’s difficult to struggle through the piles of unresolved stuff – or to re-gain a sense of why we entered into this relationship in the first place. Things can be cloudy and we can get lost.

With over 20 years of counselling experience, I’ve learned a thing or two about relationships. It is work I love, which is why I have chosen this as my specialist area.

I can help you with:

  • Relationship counselling
  • Communication Counselling
  • Separation Counselling and Mediation

Adding a non-judgmental facilitator to the discussion; someone who can listen and be on the side of your relationship is invaluable. In session tensions can be eased, conversations can be slowed, and defenses will come down. When your relationship hits a rocky patch, I can facilitate a conversation that will lead you into the clear.

With my help you can:

  • Be heard and understood
  • Hear and understand
  • Learn more positive ways of dealing with conflict
  • Communicate more productively
  • Gain some understanding of your relationship dynamics and cycles and how to change them
  • Re-connect and grow affection again
  • Grow intimacy
  • Deal with deep seated issues and disappointments
  • Deal with family interference
  • Re-build trust

Alongside seeing clients privately, I continue to do mediation and communication work  for The Family Court and Ministry of Justice. My mediation and communication experience equips me well to help those leaving relationships whilst my other expertise and experience equips me well for keeping couples together.

Perhaps you are looking to find your way through a separation or trying to work out whether to stay or go? Perhaps you want to improve communication and find better ways of dealing with conflict ? Or might you be simply trying to find a way back to each other?
