Counselling Services

Sometimes in life you feel stuck in a rut and can’t see the way out. Working with me will enable you to have a clearer picture of your situation and also a deeper understanding of yourself. This will assist to reveal to you why you may be feeling distressed and unhappy and enable you to make the changes you want. You will gain an increased self awareness and grow in self confidence and feel less overwhelmed by your feelings and situation.

Counselling Approach

I work in a respectful and empathic way to support you to grow, change and develop. I provide a safe, warm and non-judgemental environment that allows you to explore the issues that are distressing you.

I use drawing therapy, dream interpretation and Transactional Analysis (TA) with some 2 chair work.
