I use person-centred therapy as my base counselling approach while also using a wide range of other therapeutic methods to match your needs and personality. I draw on methods such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).
