Insight International is pleased to present an upcoming professional development opportunity: Introduction to Insight Focused Neurotherapy (IFnT).
This highly anticipated two-day course invites psychologists, counsellors, and helping practitioners to elevate their therapeutic practice through a pioneering, integrative approach grounded in contemporary neuroscience and psychological research.
Developed by Pauline Skeates, IFnT brings together systems theory, neuroscience, complexity theory, neuropsychoimmunology, somatic therapy, and quantum-informed psychology, alongside established frameworks such as Attachment Theory, Polyvagal Theory, Developmental Psychology, and Coherence Theory.
Designed as a stand-alone introduction, this course moves beyond traditional talk therapy to explore how meaningful and sustainable change emerges through insight-led, brain-based processes. Participants will gain both a conceptual understanding of IFnT and practical tools to enhance their clinical work and personal development.
