Insight International presents: Introduction to Insight Focused Neurotherapy | 23rd and 24th of March 2024

We Help Minds Move

Mark your calendars, we are bringing back Introduction to Insight Focused Neurotherapy for another round this March!

Insight Focused Neurotherapy (IFnT) is an integrated therapeutic model that will help you harness your brain power and hone your internal capacities to find positive psychological development. The development of the IFnT model was driven by findings from interpersonal neurobiology, neuroscience, epigenetics, bio-cellular research, quantum studies and longevity research; and consolidates these with established psychological approaches such as mindfulness and awareness practices, focused attention, and other gentle therapeutic processes. This introductory course will allow you to understand how IFnT works and provide you with foundational strategies on how you can incorporate these methods to attain structural and functional change that can enhance your life.

Whether you are in a people-helping profession seeking to upskill your integrative practices or if you are simply an individual in pursuit of personal transformation, this course will help you realise your potential and equip you with the basics towards living a more fulfilled life.

This introductory course will also lay the the foundations of the IFnT framework, giving you the option to progress with your IFnT journey on our upcoming Level 2 and 3 IFnT sessions this year.
