For the first time…we’re bringing IFnT to Queenstown!
Rewire your brain for deeper self-alignment, breakthrough transformation, and sustainable well-being.
Designed for psychologists, therapists, health coaches, and helping professionals who struggle with the slow-moving and circular nature of talk therapy.
For those wanting to employ neuroscience-informed strategies for change, Insight-Focused NeuroTherapy (IFnT) is an integrative and experiential modality, designed by thought leader and international speaker, Pauline Skeates. IFnT weaves together cutting-edge neuroscience with evidence-based mindfulness and somatic practices.
Grounded in interpersonal neurobiology and social learning, IFnT utilizes concepts from Complex Adaptive Systems, Polyvagal Theory, vagal stimulation, coherence juxtaposition, and energy principles from quantum physics to harness the brain’s innate capacity for growth and transformation.
Unlike traditional, time-consuming talk therapies, IFnT delivers emergent insights that produce life-changing outcomes in real time.
This introductory course will give you an understanding of how these various concepts and principles are integrated into the framework. In these two days, you will embark on a professional or personal development journey of learning how to be intentionally attuned to the body and mind, while gaining some practical skills to help you address presenting issues in a curious, loving, open, accepting, and kind way.
This is a stand-alone introductory course, but if you’re interested in completing our full IFnT course in 2025, it will also be advantageous to attend this course as the Level 2 and 3 sessions build on the concepts introduced in these introductory sessions.
Many past participants recall their life-changing encounter with applying IFnT in both practice and in daily life. And you can too. Join us by partaking in this immersive two-day course, experiencing both professional development and personal growth and cultivating changes to lead a a more fulfilling life!
