Life can feel overwhelming at times and talking with an experienced therapist can help you to feel heard and understood. I work to build a safe relationship in which we can compassionately explore what brought you to therapy, and increase your self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-esteem.
If you are experiencing any of the following, I can help:
I work with adult individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and ages.
I offer reflective practice/supervision for professionals wanting external support, insight and development. In addition to my therapeutic skills, I utilise my coaching, facilitation and leadership development experience from my first career during which time I worked in a wide variety of organisations.
- I have enjoyed working in private practice for ten years.
- My first career was in Organisational Capability and Development, and many of the skills I developed are useful in my work as a therapist. I changed careers because my curiosity and my own inner struggles propelled me to delve deeper into the human psyche (and because I love learning!). After training in a variety of approaches, I was drawn to psychotherapy - a relational depth process that enables lasting positive change.
