I am a registered psychotherapist providing psychotherapy for adults.
Born and raised in Aotearoa – New Zealand, I come from a multicultural background with Samoan, Chinese, English, and Scottish heritage. My cultural experiences have shaped the way I understand identity, relationships, and belonging, and I value creating a therapeutic space where every person feels seen, respected, and accepted.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where we work together to uncover the patterns shaping our lives, make sense of our experiences, and discover new ways to navigate challenges. It is more than just a conversation – it is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and find clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of direction.
My clinical experience spans private practice, community mental health, and my current role with Respect, where I work with individuals affected by family harm and intimate partner violence. Working across these diverse settings has given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of people’s lives and the resilience that can emerge through compassionate, relational therapy.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked in primary school education and studied special education and visual arts. These experiences continue to inform my practice by deepening my understanding of human development, creativity, and the many ways people learn, adapt, and heal.
I believe that every person’s story is unique. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and move towards a life that feels more authentic and connected.
No matter where you are in your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. If you’re ready to explore the next steps, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to walking alongside you.
