I have 5+ years of experience and skills in working with a wide range of mild to severe psychological issues. I have experience in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds, as well as across a variety of mental and physical health settings. I have experience working in private, non governmental organizations, and public health settings.

A first session will include understanding what is bothering you, as well as gathering information about your mood, health issues, relationships and lifestyle. We’ll then work together to establish goals and a treatment plan going forward, with outcomes that can be measured.
