At Your Focus we’re actively recruiting more providers throughout Aotearoa to service our current and upcoming contracts. We need therapists for adults, children and adolescents.

This opportunity suits you if you’re wanting to expand your practice, start a private practice, be supported to become ACC registered, join another supplier, relocate, or supplement your income with private clients.

Onboarding made easy

• We make onboarding straightforward. Our automated systems handle the admin, and you’re backed by genuine personal support and a robust, experienced team every step of the way.
• Every staff member at Your Focus is either a trauma therapist themselves or therapy-informed, so you’re supported by people who understand the work.
• We’ll help you become ACC registered and navigate the ACC system with confidence — including guidance with reports and processes.
• You’ll use our automated, user-friendly systems, including the most user-friendly invoicing system in NZ with full-service support and weekly payments.
• You’ll have extensive resources at your fingertips through our provider login page, plus discounted training opportunities.
• Above all, you’ll have a genuine personal relationship and ongoing mentoring — including direct support from Director Sam Mitchell, a Registered Psychotherapist, EMDR practitioner, assessor and experienced ACC trauma therapist.
• We also offer additional referral streams / contract opportunities, recommendations for ACC supervisors, and help to create and market an SCS group proposal.
