I am a trans, neurodivergent pākehā parent who brings lived knowledge blended with academic learning from a Master in Counselling.
I am passionate about social justice and this is evident in my counselling approach. Learning how to be happy and healthy in this society is a radical act for minorities.
I hope to support my clients and the larger LGBTQIA+ community to thrive. I do this through a genuine empathetic and kind presence as well utilising a variety of therapeutic approaches including Narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Somatic therapy.
While I specialise in working with trans and gender questioning people, my practice is open to everyone. I aim for my work to be accessible, so if you have any accessibility requirements email me and we can work together on meeting your needs. However, I do not offer video or phone sessions.
