I am a registered psychotherapist with many years of experience supporting people through periods of difficulty, change and uncertainty.
I believe that therapy is not simply about fixing what is wrong, but about creating a relationship where you can feel understood, think more deeply about what is happening for you, and begin to find a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable. I bring curiosity, warmth and a genuine interest in the person sitting in front of me, while also being willing to gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. My approach is grounded in attachment, relationships and an understanding of how we develop and mature over time.
I provide:
Whether you are struggling with relationships, anxiety, motivation, identity, family or life transitions, I aim to provide a thoughtful and accepting space where we can make sense of your experience together and support meaningful change.
