I offer a general counselling service and welcome a diverse range of clients. I have a special interest in supporting clients and their whānau who may be working through divorce| menopause | disordered eating patterns |ADHD | grief.

As an executive coach I can help with workplace relationship issues | burnout | stress| worklife integration|retirement .

I am an advocate of learning to be patient and compassionate with ourselves as we work through difficult times in our lives.   My hope is to provide you with some space to focus on your needs away from the demands of work and daily life working at your pace to navigate the complexity of your life using your strengths and values .

Away from work I love being a mum to two amazing young women. To wind down I heads to yoga several times a week, the garden, or a walk in the hills with friends.

Q How can we work together?

- I offer online sessions to all clients
- Some Clients combine online with in person sessions
- Some clients prefer all sessions in person
- For in person sessions I have a private studio based in Papanui, Christchurch

Q How much does it cost ?

- Each session is $145 incl GST.
- This can be paid via invoice or directly through my website when you book.

Q Whate type of therapy should I expect?

- I am trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy which blends nicely with coaching. It is a great modality for identifying how you would like life to be and what needs to happen to achieve that.
- I am also trained in Acceptance Commitment therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and for Eating disorders I can help with CBT-E, FBT and DBT.
- As your counsellor I integrate these modalities throughout our sessions.
- Most importantly it is the therapeutic relationship we build together and I take care with all my clients to build this trust and confidentiality is very important to me.
