I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can come as you are. My hope is that you feel genuinely heard, and able to be yourself in an atmosphere of care and curiosity.
Counselling offers a space to reflect on your experiences and to make sense of the challenges you may be facing. I hold to the belief that ‘the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem’ – offering an empowering way of understanding the difficulties we face. Together, we can explore what has been shaping your life, while also noticing your strengths, values, and hopes for the future.
From my own experience of being a parent, seasons of change, and life’s challenges, I know what it’s like when things feel a bit messy and uncertain. This helps me sit alongside others in a way that is honest, grounded, and empathetic.
I work with adolescents (13+) and adults, and offer a free 15-minute phone call to explore the possibility of working together. You’re welcome to get in touch via the contact form, text or email.
