I am fascinated with neuroscience and the hope that comes from the new understanding of neuroplasticity – which means anything can change. We can rewire our brain.
We can learn self soothing ways to resolve any kind of stress & trauma distress we feel stuck in. Whether your challenge is from childhood experiences, a traumatic event, or chronic stress and mental health unease. I am passionate about individualising Body-Mind methods to each client. We can all learn ways to support our own body-mind’s amazing ability to self-heal.
There are so many little changes we can all make that can help us feel better. Starting small and seeing the ripple effect into other areas of life is so rewarding.

I have worked as a counsellor for a medical centre and in private practice (over 10 years). I have worked with clients from a wide range of ages and a variety of cultural backgrounds.
My background before counselling was in general nursing then vet nursing.
I also facilitate weekly small groups for stress release techniques practice.
