I offer a safe and supportive space for you to focus on change.
The very human longing for meaning, in the face of suffering.
There are times in life when answers can’t be found by thinking things through alone. Working together, we are able to find new ways of understanding, to step outside of old patterns and limiting beliefs, and look at developing a different way of relating to your story of self.
I have a particular affinity for working with people who are living with trauma, for those who might not feel they fit into society’s ideas of how a person should be, and for those who feel a mismatch between experience of self and how others might experience you. My goal is to support you in your own project of working through those things you feel might be holding you back from finding what you wish for in life.
I have trained and worked in the field of psychodynamic psychotherapy since 2014. For the last five years I have worked in private practice and in an addictions-based residential therapeutic community, where I continue to facilitate a weekly family therapy group. My passion is psychoanalysis and I am a member of the Centre for Lacanian Analysis. I am ACC registered.
Historically, I have trained in fine art and graphic design, and worked for some years as a designer for print.
