Support to Wellbeing

Experience

As a Community Psychologist in Aotearoa New Zealand, I am committed to supporting individuals, whānau, and communities who have experienced sexual violence, or who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour. My approach is grounded in a trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach to help people make sense of their experiences and move towards meaningful, empowered lives. Community psychology is about understanding wellbeing in context. I work from an ecological perspective, recognising the influence of social, cultural, and systemic factors.
I also provide prevention and education services on sexual harm, offering tailored workshops and resources for workplaces and communities. My approach raises awareness, promotes healthy relationships, and builds skills to prevent sexual violence, fostering safer, more respectful environments for all.
