I’m a therapist who values real, human connection and creating a space where people can feel understood without judgement. My style is warm, down-to-earth and genuine. I bring my five years of training, experience and therapeutic knowledge, but I also bring curiosity, humour, compassion and my own humanity.
I work with people navigating all sorts of issues, including anxiety and overthinking, overwhelm, difficult experiences, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck or not quite like themselves. I have a special interest in sleep health and supporting people experiencing insomnia. My practice is neuro-affirming, and I have training and experience supporting neurodivergent clients.
I see clients in person in Napier and Havelock North, and online throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
