Kirsty Newberry Counselling

I am here to help, every step of the way.

I will provide a safe and supportive space for you to work towards positive change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or other challenges, I am here to help, every step of the way.

Counselling can help you:

  • explore difficult emotions, thoughts, and experiences, that are causing distress or impacting your daily functioning
  • develop coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns
  • improve communication skills and your relationships
  • develop a greater sense of self-awareness and self-esteem
  • overcome challenges and achieve your personal goals
  • build resilience to overcome difficulties
  • enhance your overall well-being
  • lead a more fulfilling life

My counselling approach:

I focus on genuine human connection, and forging the path in partnership with you. Every counselling journey is different, so I practice person-centred counselling, to focus on your unique experiences, feelings, and perspectives. It is important to me that our work together enables you to live in alignment with your own values.

Depending on your needs, we also may use other methods I am trained in such as, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Please get in touch to see if I might be a good fit to support you on your journey forward.
