Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I facilitate an exploration of how your life experiences might be alive in your current struggles and relationships. Often the ways we learnt to manage difficulty may now hinder, rather than help us.  

 Together, we seek to access what is outside of awareness; uncovering, making meaning, and evolving your ways of relating to self and others. As this awareness expands, so too does your agency in navigating life and its challenges. 

This can be a rich process of discovery that enhances aliveness, creativity and authenticity.

Working with Me

I seek to build a respectful and collaborative relationship, with an approach that is warm, thoughtful, and includes compassionate challenge. 

My practice draws from relational, psychodynamic and attachment theories, with a special interest in Jungian thought. 

With a creative background myself, I particularly enjoy working with creative individuals, and those looking to explore or uncover their creativity.
