Kia Ora, I’m a registered psychotherapist based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland.
I welcome adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and often work alongside people who are:
As a Niuean practitioner in Aotearoa New Zealand, I value creating a therapeutic space that is culturally responsive.
My approach is grounded in relational psychotherapy, which means I see healing as something that develops within safe, respectful and authentic relationships. Together, we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, developing a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships and the patterns that may be shaping your life.
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults, with appointments available in person and online. Weekly and fortnightly appointments are available, with a sliding scale fee to support accessibility.
If you’re wondering whether we might be the right fit, I invite you to get in touch.
