Louise Jennings

Counsellor

Counselling can empower you to become your true, authentic and best version of yourself.

I am interested in hearing about you and your life story, and supporting you on your journey of self-discovery. Life is a journey and we can often get so busy that we lose touch with ourselves, and we can feel disconnected from our own lives. I invite you into a space that feels safe, healing and nurturing, where you will feel listened to, respected and honoured.

Counselling will help you:

  • to download and explore your emotions, thoughts, behaviours and situations that you are struggling with
  • shine a light on your strengths and gifts
  • build skills and strategies to help improve in how to cope with life’s challenges
  • increased self-love and sense of inner peace
  • live a life aligned more with your values

Experience

I have 10 years experience counselling people and families from many different life situations and cultural backgrounds, particularly in working with adolescents from various secondary schools I have had the privilege of working with to date.

I believe I build rapport quickly with clients and I am deeply empathic and committed to helping you on your journey to discovering your true and authentic self. I invite you into a welcoming space of self-discovery, awareness and enlightenment that I hope enhances your wellbeing and wairua.
