Kia ora, I’m Louise and I am an independent counsellor, based at The Salvation Army in Lower Hutt.

Kindness, hope, and meaningful connection sit at the heart of my counselling practice. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental and mana-enhancing space in which you are free to share your unique experiences and reflect on the way they have impacted your life.
Being trauma-informed means working at your pace, with an emphasis on safety and wellbeing.
Together, we can move towards freedom from unhelpful identity stories and find the path to your true, authentic self.
