Enrich Psychology

We all face life transitions; moving in and out of new jobs and new roles, becoming a parent, moving into (and out of) relationships, changing cities or countries to name a few. With change there can be energy and excitement. It can enrich our lives. There can also be losses and things to leave behind. Often change is messy and uncomfortable before we adjust to it. This can impact on our emotional wellbeing and functioning potentially triggering anxiety, low mood and or adjustment difficulties. My aim is to offer a space where you can talk about what you are experiencing in a way that supports new insights and develops skills to help you through the change process.

I am a clinical psychologist with 18 years of experience in the field of mental health and wellbeing. I have a warm, non-judgmental and compassionate style and I use my experience and evidence-based skills and knowledge to work collaboratively with you to achieve success towards your goals.

I use an integrative approach drawing on skills and knowledge from CBT, ACT and EMDR therapies whilst incorporating attachment and family systems theories and mindfulness approaches. I am trained in multiple parenting approaches including Incredible Years, Circle of Security PCIT, PCIT toddler and Watch Wait Wonder.
