I am a clinical psychologist with a particular interest in working with young adults. I bring a warm, friendly, and down-to-earth approach to therapy, and focus on building a genuine, trusting relationship, helping you to make sense of your experiences and find practical ways forward.

I tailor therapy to the individual, drawing on different models depending on what feels most helpful. I am trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused CBT.
