Making Space – Counselling & Creative Therapies

Suzy Adair

Welcome, and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Counselling and am experienced in working with adolescents, adults & with relationships. I have worked across many areas of mental health, such as supporting those with ADHD, BPD, dissociation, trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression, as well as people experiencing significant changes and transitions in life, such as separation, blended family dynamics and grief.

My approach is based on your needs and incorporates creative and humanistic modalities. I believe that the solutions for change and progress are held within you, and my job is to facilitate your exploration and discovery of the pathway forward, leading to an improvement in your quality of life.

The idea of counselling feels daunting for many people, and so I like to take the opportunity for you to see whether I am the right fit for you. I delight in meeting new people and welcome you to meet me for a FREE 20 minute consultation to talk about the ways in which I can support you and your loved ones. THEN you can decide if counselling and other creative therapies are right for you.
