I am a registered psychotherapist based in Central Auckland who adopts a strengths-based, collaborative approach to help clients move through feelings of anxiety, stuckness, or simply just feeling flat.
Together, we’ll explore old ways of coping or relating that once made sense but may now be getting in the way — allowing feelings, memories, and meanings to surface naturally. Over time, we can start to name and gently deepen your emotional experience to help find relief from difficulties like anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relationship struggles, trauma, and PTSD.
This isn’t about rushing toward answers. It’s about gently deepening your understanding of yourself — your thoughts, feelings, and the patterns that shape your relationships. By doing so, we can interrupt long-held patterns and clarify what you would like to move towards and away from to generate lasting change.
The relationship between therapist and client is one of the most important therapeutic factors. An initial session is simply a chance for us to meet and decide together whether we’re a good fit — there’s no pressure or obligation to continue.
