I’m a Registered Psychologist, and I see my role as helping people make sense of what’s going on in their lives, identify what’s no longer working for them, and support them to move toward changes that feel meaningful and manageable.
At different points in life, we all encounter experiences that challenge our wellbeing — whether that’s anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, or navigating significant changes. These struggles are a common part of being human, not a personal failing, and you don’t have to face them on your own. My approach is collaborative, practical, and values-focused. I draw mainly on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and brief, evidence-based interventions. Rather than trying to “fix” or eliminate difficult thoughts and feelings, we work together to build understanding, flexibility, and skills that help you move toward the kind of life you want to be living — even when things are hard.
I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgemental. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan before starting — part of the work is figuring things out together, at a pace that feels right for you.
