A creative mindful approach for life and wellness is to locate and manifest what it is that ‘you really need and want to have in your life’. This is inclusive of psychological education.
There is at least two parts for a therapeutic process of change. Part one is the beginning place to identify what it is that you need, and the second part is about what you can do to get to where you would like to be. This is a person-centred treatment process. My approach integrates the Arts-in-Psychotherapy, MindBody and other psychological therapies.
