Supervision Services

I provide supervision by Skype throughout Aotearoa NZ and overseas. Supervisees are drawn to my background in counselling, social work, management and teaching in counselling and supervision programmes. I mostly supervise counsellors but welcome and enjoy working with practitioners from other disciplines.

I value forming collaborative relationships wherein supervisees feel safe to explore both their strengths and vulnerabilities. I believe in supervision being restorative, and involving learning and accountability. I see the main aim of supervision being that end-users are provided with safe and professional help. I work with a wide range of issues and draw on many theoretical approaches. I welcome a conversation with you to elaborate on these.
