I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of challenges — whether you’re living with low mood or depression, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, navigating anxiety or grief, healing from trauma, managing chronic illness, or feeling stuck in your relationships or inner life.
With experience in both NGOs and private practice, I’ve supported people living with chronic illness and understand how long-term health conditions can affect self-image, relationships, and resilience. I also work with survivors of trauma, offering sensitivity and care to this deeply personal process, as well as with men navigating a variety of life challenges.
My therapeutic style is flexible and integrative. Drawing on humanistic and person-centred principles, psychodynamic insights, cognitive techniques, existential reflection, and mindfulness-based approaches, I create a collaborative space that fosters understanding, growth, and healing — always tailored to your needs.
When you step into therapy with me, you step into a space where you are welcome exactly as you are. Together, we can work towards:

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. You are welcome here, just as you are.
