I am a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about supporting people to make positive changes in their life. My work to date has bridged wellbeing and career psychology, and I have worked with people from all works of life. from senior leaders in the public sector, to entrepreneurs, school leavers, and those looking to feel more confident in themselves or find new direction.
My approach is very client centred, and tailored to the unique needs of the each individual. I typically draw on a solutions-focused coaching approach, which I integrate with techniques form ACT, positive psychology, strengths and mindfulness-based approaches. I am especially interested in mindfulness-based approaches and how these can assist the inevitable ups and downs of succeeding in today’s fast-paced and sometimes ruthless environment.

I have extensive experience working with individuals from a wide range of walks of life. I am currently working in a coaching and developing leaders within the public sector, and have decided to extend my services to private individuals alongside this.
