Life has a way of leaving imprints on us – some we overcome, but others feel like heavy weights. Whether you are navigating the aftermath of a specific trauma, feeling stuck in repetitive patterns or struggling to connect with your partner, you don’t have to do it alone. 

I am a trauma-trained counsellor and couples therapist dedicated to helping young people, adults, and couples find their way to wholeness. My approach is grounded in the belief that while our pasts shape us, they don’t have to define our future.

• I will help you to work through thoughts and feelings and gain a new perspective
• I can offer strategies and tools to move forward, set goals, and plan for the future
• I  help couples and families with communication issues, conflict, or betrayal 
• I can sit with you as you journey through loss and grief

My approach

I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all approach”. Instead, I  use several counselling modalities, including CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Couples Therapy, and I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy), a powerful evidence-based tool designed to help process traumatic memories.  I always tailor my approach to suit my clients and their needs.
