My Counselling Services include:

• therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse, family violence, and mental health issues
• assessment and counselling for addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling, gaming, pornography)
• skills development for anger management (de-escalation skills, anxiety, impulse control, social skills, emotional coping skills, and functional living skills)
• support for ethnic women living in New Zealand to achieve their aspiration as Mana Wahine
• NZ Transport Agency Fitness to Drive Assessments, if you have lost your license under Section 65 of the Land Transport Act 1998 (approved by the Ministry of Health).

About Me

I have worked as a counsellor in New Zealand since 2012 including positions at CADs, Odyssey House, Capri Hospital. In these roles I became highly experienced in providing individual and family counselling, assessments, treatment planning, and group therapy.

Before coming to New Zealand I was a Medical Doctor for 10 years at Hospital Anshan City in China.
