About Myself

With 23 years of counselling experience and 6 years as an ACC Sensitive Claims provider, I offer trauma-informed support for individuals, couples, and professionals. My practice includes personal therapy, addiction recovery, relationship counselling, and accredited clinical supervision. I integrate REBT and Living Wisdom techniques for lasting change, and work with teens, and adults in both Tauranga and Rotorua. Remote sessions available via Zoom, Skype, or phone.

Sessions are available in-person at my Tauranga office, with limited availability in Rotorua. Remote sessions are also available via Skype, Zoom, or phone.

My primary office is located in Tauranga. I also offer limited in-person sessions in Rotorua depending on client needs.
