By tailoring my interventions to your specific needs, I aim to empower you to develop coping skills, improve your emotional well-being, and make positive changes in your life.

I strongly believe in the power of empathy, active listening, and building a trusting relationship with the individuals and families I work with. I am committed to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and cultural sensitivity in my practice, ensuring that you feel respected and understood.

Counselling for Young People

From my time as a school counsellor I have a deep understanding of the challenges young individuals face. I have worked with youth facing a wide range of challenges, including academic difficulties, social issues, behavioural concerns, and family conflicts.  I have a particular interest in supporting teens as they navigate the transition from adolescence to adulthood, assisting them in setting goals, exploring career options, and developing important life skills. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I empower them to express their thoughts and feelings openly, while also involving their families in the counselling process.

Professional Development

I am dedicated to continuously expanding my knowledge and skills in order to provide you with the best possible support. I actively participate in professional development workshops, conferences, and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of counselling.
