Approach

I am passionate about supporting people to make positive changes in their lives, explore their full potential and improve their well-being. I believe that our core emotions – anger, fear, love and hurt – at times get in our way of making decisions and affects our mental and physical health. From time to time we all find life challenging and could use some help.

I use an eclectic therapy approach, drawing on relevant techniques for effective therapy that suit your individual needs.

Counselling Approaches:

  • Solution Focused
  • Person Centered Counselling
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Strength Based Counselling
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing Counselling

I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy (outdoors)

Experience

I have been working in the mental health and addiction field for the past 14 years. I have always been interested in well-being and how the way we think and feel impacts the way we behave.

My personal life experiences and challenges showed me that it’s hard to work through difficulties alone. I offer a caring, non-judgmental and respectful safe space for you to talk, explore and address any issues or problems you are experiencing.
