Monique Nyemecz

Psychotherapy for Individuals & Couples & Supervision

Therapy should be a warm, welcoming space — one where you feel truly heard, never judged. My approach is collaborative and straightforward, offering you a safe, supportive environment to explore your thoughts and experiences at your own pace.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help you find relief, work through conflict, and build a more meaningful life.

Drawing on extensive experience with individuals and couples — including specialised support for trauma, loss, neurodiversity, and corporate and healthcare environments — I tailor an integrative approach to your unique needs. This can range from mindfulness-based and somatic techniques to in-depth, long-term psychodynamic work, as well as short-term, solution-focused sessions for more immediate concerns.

My own journey has taught me the transformative power of this work, and I feel privileged to walk alongside you in yours.
