I offer general counselling services to support individuals, their families and employers to navigate mental health and addiction issues. I specialise in providing comprehensive mental health and addiction assessments and implementing collaborative treatment plans.

Are you considering making changes to your alcohol or drug use? Perhaps you are concerned about someone close to you? Whether you wish to reduce your use or stop altogether, I can support you with the positive changes you decide to make.

I established Talking Change in 2017 to meet a need for clients to promptly access an experienced and qualified Alcohol and Drug Practitioner.

I am experienced in all aspects of workplace stress and am an approved EAP provider with Instep Limited and EAP Services. I am available for smaller business who do not have a formal EAP provider scheme to support staff through restructures, work place conflict, and emotional/personal problems.
