Are you considering making changes to your alcohol or drug use? Perhaps you are concerned about someone close to you? Whether you wish to reduce your use or stop altogether, I can support you with the positive changes you decide to make.

I established Talking Change in 2017 to meet a need for clients to promptly access an experienced and qualified Alcohol and Drug Practitioner.

I am experienced in all aspects of workplace stress and am an approved EAP provider with Instep Limited and EAP Services. I am available for smaller business who do not have a formal EAP provider scheme to support staff through restructures, work place conflict, and emotional/personal problems.
