Helping you feel heard, understood and supported.
Everyone faces challenges at times. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure how to move forward. You don’t have to navigate these experiences alone.
I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore what you’re experiencing, develop practical coping strategies and work towards positive change at your own pace.
With more than 20 years of experience working with children and young people, I understand the importance of feeling safe, respected and genuinely heard.
I support clients experiencing challenges such as:
Every person is different, so counselling should be tailored to your needs.
My approach is person-centred, compassionate and practical, drawing on:
Together, we can explore what’s happening, recognise patterns, develop new skills and identify realistic steps forward.
When working with children and teenagers, I aim to create an environment where they feel comfortable expressing themselves without fear of judgement. Where appropriate, I collaborate with parents and caregivers while respecting young people’s privacy and explaining confidentiality boundaries.
You don’t need to be in crisis or have all the answers to seek counselling. Sometimes, having someone listen and help you make sense of things can be a meaningful place to start.
You deserve to feel heard, supported and understood.

I offer counselling for children, teenagers and adults who may be experiencing emotional, behavioural, relationship or life challenges. I have a particular interest in ADHD, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation and helping people develop practical coping strategies. Each person's needs are unique, and I aim to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.
You don't need to be in crisis to seek counselling. You may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma, ADHD-related challenges, self-esteem, relationships, school difficulties or a significant life change. Sometimes, you may simply need someone to listen and help you make sense of what you're experiencing.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what has brought you to counselling and identify what you would like help with. You can share at your own pace, and we can work together to establish goals that feel right for you. There is no pressure to talk about everything straight away.
My approach is person-centred, compassionate and tailored to each individual. I draw on evidence-informed strategies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed skills, to support emotional regulation, coping, self-understanding and positive change.
