My Approach
I help partners rediscover connection, intimacy, satisfaction and joy in their relationships – even when they feel they’ve tried everything. I offer practical strategies and evidence-based tools to get your relationship back on track, whether you’re struggling with intimacy issues, have lost your spark, grown apart, experienced infidelity, or can’t stop fighting.
My approach draws from Attachment Theory, Neuroscience, and the Developmental Model of Relationships alongside mindful somatic (body) integration.
What Makes Me Different
I am known to be a direct straight-talker who cuts to the heart of the matter with precision and compassion. I have a talent for guiding people to uncover hidden patterns, empowering them to transform their contribution to the deeper dynamics of their relationship. I awhi each person to grow both individually and together – moving beyond culturally sanctioned ideas of what a relationship should be, to discover the wonders of what it could be. I combine psychological insight with practical strategies to help you understand unconscious influences, build emotional awareness, and create lasting change.
I create an affirming, inclusive environment for people of all orientations, gender identities, relationship structures and cultures. My practice welcomes and celebrates diversity in all its forms, working with partners together to strengthen your connection.
I work exclusively online with partners together in all sessions. It is possible (and at times recommended) for each of you to join the session from separate locations/devices.
Supervision
I provide clinical supervision to other helping professionals. I am experienced in the 7-eyed model of supervision and use the TAPES model to guide my sessions. If my approach resonates with you, get in touch to find out more.
Background
A registered Psychologist since 2014, I am committed to supporting the unfolding of human maturation through relationships. After completing my Masters degree and 1,500 hours of supervised practice, I have maintained my professional registration through ongoing development and supervision, including regular consultation to ensure I provide competent, affirming care for all clients.
My professional experience spans individual therapy, group facilitation, neuropsychological assessment, youth court reporting, parenting programs, and professional supervision. I’ve worked extensively in child, adolescent, and adult mental health services. I’ve also worked globally at various retreat centers, combining wisdom traditions and embodiment practices with psychological support.
