Nita Yu

Compassionate counselling tailored to your unique journey.

I believe our stories are shaped by our nature and the world around us, giving us our unique character and strength. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or wounded — unsure how to move forward while carrying anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions. I offer a warm, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed space where you can feel heard and supported.

In our work together, we explore your experiences, build emotional resilience, and support you toward greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion. We will learn tools you can use in your daily life to help you heal and grow — at a pace that feels right for you.

I bring in rich life and work experience to guide you through growth with warmth and understanding. And, I can provide counselling in Mandarin or Cantonese as needed.
