• Location: Upper Riccarton, right near Blenheim Square.

• Parking: Includes one onsite car park for you or your clients.

• Facilities: Access to shared amenities with the neighbouring offices.

• Terms: I am looking for a reliable, long-term arrangement.

Availability & Rates

• Tuesdays: All day until 4:30 pm | $55 + GST

• Wednesdays: Until 3:00 pm | $45 + GST

• Weekends (Sat/Sun): Full days available | Rates negotiable
