Counselling/Therapy Services

I use a variety of approaches to facilitate reflection on both past and present life experiences, and how these experiences overlap and are made meaningful in understandings of the self. Assisting clients to find hope, meaning and purpose in the context of challenging life events.

I am available online or by telephone for counselling and psychotherapy. I am also able to offer online EMDR using RemotEMDR.

Background and Experience

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Registered Social Worker working within the psychotherapeutic and social work scopes of practice.

I work therapeutically with clients in private practice and for an Auckland based NGO.

My framework for practice and therapeutic intervention draws on existential, psychodynamic and positive psychology frameworks. I also offer EMDR as a trauma specific intervention (see www.emdr.org.nz)

Supervision Services

I provide social work professional supervision.
