Close to Burnside High, Canterbury University, Christchurch Airport and surrounding western suburbs. Burnside park across the road provides a lovely opportunity for walks and space between clients if required. Great location with many cafes and great coffee nearby.

Main lease holder of the room is icare counselling with Lyna working 9am-5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday.

Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Cost:

• Room rate is $75 per fixed day incl GST.
• Included is room rental, power, internet and cleaning.
• Not suitable for casual hire.
