Having a safe space to share your worries and learn new tools can be hugely beneficial. And I personally was able to make dramatic changes in my life as a result of the non-judgmental, empathetic support I received during my own Counselling journey when I felt “stuck.”

Every couple, even those in solid and healthy partnerships, encounters routine challenges related to topics like finances, in-laws, monotony, children, household chores, time management, and balancing work and life.
Couples therapy offers a secure environment to tackle these everyday issues. I use a goals-based method and serve as an impartial, non-judgmental facilitator to ensure discussions remain focused, respectful, and composed. Discussion begins around the key issues and objectives giving everyone in the room sufficient space to communicate freely.
I am trained in Person-centred therapy which emphasises the client’s perspective and self-discovery.
A safe, secure and non-judgmental environment is provided for you to explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings. By listening empathetically I provoke thought around therapeutic goals facilitating self-awareness and personal growth.
