A New Chapter Counselling Service

You may have come to a standstill and reached the crossroads surrounding your inner self. I can walk beside you on your journey to reach where you want to go and gain the clarity for a whole new sense of self and perspective on who you are. Imagine that you love yourself just the way you are.

Counselling Services

We live in a world where a formula exists for most things. Yet love, creativity, imagination, dreams, freedom, self-expression have no formula. They simply need nurturing.

I believe that we all have the capacity to live full and satisfying lives. My role as a counsellor is to listen, and surround you with a non-judgmental, caring, safe and confidential environment for you to express what you may have not yet been able to voice, empower you to build upon your strengths, so you find your own solutions to whatever obstacles and challenges you might want to talk about.

I will support you to understand and make sense of where you may have come to a standstill within your life. We will explore insights surrounding your emotions, thoughts and perceptions, and together enhance your healing to gain greater awareness, clarity and balance towards your inner happiness.

The freedom we seek is to use our own mind and body,

To live our own life

Know yourself to know you can.

Background and experience

I was drawn to becoming as Counsellor to fulfil my passion for healing as I help others to begin their own life changing journey.

My interest in human behaviour, and understanding those challenges that life can bestow on us, underscores my desire to support as I seek to understand individuals, as they outline their path, define their process of healing, and create a quality of life for themselves.

I feel privileged to hear an individual’s life story and the challenges they experience, as we navigate their sense of wholeness, love, and joy.

After completing my Auckland based training I now reside in Tauranga to be close to my family.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families who have faced trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression.
