I am a registered provisional NZAC counsellor committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive space where you will feel heard, valued, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds to navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges. Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges, anxiety, stress, alcohol and drug addictions, emotional wellbeing concerns, relationship challenges, big life changes, or personal growth, I will listen and work with you to find practical steps forward – together.
My approach is warm, evidence-based, and tailored to your goals. From individual therapy to couples and family sessions, I make it easy to start, stay, and succeed on your mental-wellness journey. No judgment – just genuine support.
I will work collaboratively with you to explore your strengths, develop coping strategies, build resilience, and move towards your personal goals. My therapeutic approach integrates Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies.
I value creating a space that is respectful, inclusive, and culturally responsive. I recognise that every person’s journey is unique. My aim is to provide a compassionate and non-judgemental environment where you can gain clarity, confidence, and the tools to create positive change.
Prior to establishing my private practice my counselling experience has included, working with domestic violence, student counselling, and supporting clients through complex life circumstances.
