We all deserve a safe, non-judgmental space to share our story; to explore what impacts your life, the positive change you’re seeking, voicing your needs, or determining how to honour your loved ones.

Background and experience

I’ve thirty seven years supporting people to approach life’s challenges and personal change. I’m inspired and humbled by the courage I’ve witnessed as I’ve walked alongside people and their transformational journeys.

I have worked in the health sector in New Zealand, England and Australia, within both NGOs and Government Departments. This is predominantly within Mental Health and Addiction services e.g. community, detoxification, opiate substitution, Forensics, older Adults, gambling. This includes fourteen years Clinical supervision and in my private practice.
