I am a warm empathetic counsellor offering a tailored counselling approach to suit your needs.

I am enthusiastic about working with young people and adults experiencing anxiety and depression as well as life’s other ups and downs.

 

Experience

I have experience working with a variety clients across different cultures and ages, I am especially passionate about working with young people.

I have experienced my own journey with depression and anxiety and I work from a place of deep understanding, I know first hand how life-changing counselling can be.

 

Designed for You

My practice uses traditional talk therapies such as humanistic approaches, Narrative therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Strength based approaches plus I like to incorporate Creative Therapy and Sandtray for those clients who are interested.

My approach is pluralistic which means I work with your needs in a way that suits you best. I believe that you have the strengths in you already and it is my role as a counsellor to help find them, therefore the sessions we share together are personalized as appropriate.

I offer a sliding scale of pricing and can work online or Face to Face in Whakatane.
